Sitename Ideas

Since we're already discussing the possibility of changing our Websites name, we may as well be proactive and come up with some ideas on what we could change it to.

This does not mean we will be changing it but if we decide to I want to have some of the legwork done.

Lets have fun with this but lets try and keep the terminology relevant to gaming and lighthearted fun at the same time.

Lastly, if possible I'd like to keep the name to 10 characters or less.

I dont know the second one sounds ummm but the first one has a ring to it, yes? And I already checked and surprisingly the domain is not taken yet so we may want to go ahead and buy it before the demand for it gets bigger as it surely will. So do we want thediealoneetts.com or .net?

Could keep the fragtard.net domain and simply update the name elsewhere to reflect the addition of the word Gaming.

There's a bunch of sh1t we can do in 10 letters or less such as:

• Fragtag
• Fragleet
• leetfrag
• Fraggro
• n00bzerg
• pwn00b
• gibpwni

...etc.

We don't have to stick with Frag in the name if we don't want to. I just want something that is short, memorable and applies to gaming.

The other thing to remember is that the site will be named "X" and have imagery such as a header that reflects name "X" but the site will be marketed as "X" Gaming for SEO.

We've done little to no SEO Optimization around here and we rank around 30th (page 3) in Google.com for the term Multiplayer Gaming Forum.

We'll likely discuss what keywords and keyphrases we want to be ranked high on Google for and start chasing them once we finalized the new name.

I know I've never publicly stated this before but none of my sites are constricted to a geographical location. You'll notice all my sites either have a .com and/or .net extension even though I'm a Canadian.

You never want to commit to a geographical location especially on a site like this as you're already stifling potential future growth in doing so.
