Suggestions on a reasonably priced 27" Gaming Monitor

Due to visibility challenges the time has come to upgrade from a 24" Gaming Monitor to 27". 144 hz and up @1080p is ideal.

I not only require a Gaming Monitor but also Quad Monitor Stand with Base as I'd rather not use one of the clamped options. The Monitor Stand needs to support up to 4 Monitors the bottom 3 of which "may" eventually become triple 27". This is not confirmed at this time but if the option is available then I'd rather have it.

Also, the outside monitors need to bevel so one can be turned 90 degrees (Portrait Orientation) with the other typical landscape but tilted in 15 - 25 degrees.

I'm on a bit of a budget here so lower priced options are definitely appreciated.

As an example I'm looking at the ASUS TUF Gaming VG279QM 27” HDR Monitor:
