it doesn't work for me, I tried google, yahoo and bing and none of those work.

@Deb , copy the link into your browser with steam open , a pop up will appear asking you to allow steam bootstrapper to run ( that is your background steam program which is already running ) , click " allow" and it will just download in your steam client .
if you did this already it probably downloaded before you even checked, go to your library page in steam , click on borderlands 2 and scroll down the installed DLC menu , it is probably there at the bottom.

Thanks @Netjun, you are right, it was in my DLC when I looked at the list. In fact, it was included on the original install back at the beginning of July
