Butt Zit

I don't understand it, I'm the other side of 50 and I should be drying out right?

...but I'm like a pimple faced teenager only zits are happening frequently in random spots now.

Recently I had a butt zit, and because they like to mirror I got another zit on the other cheek; lol turn the other cheek.

Now today I have a trampstamp zit and don't understand.

I even had a third nipple like Francisco Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun.

What is happening?

I'm afraid I'm gonna wake up one day and be a puddle of oil.

Regarding Noel, myself and @Wapwap have activated a sleeper agent close to the organism known as "Noel" a.k.a. @Noodleguitar . Agent Rastafary has already given us interesting intel on the subject. On review we sent Agent R back into the field as more analysis was required by our lab. I will report back on our findings once we have a reliable hypothesis of how the Noel came to walk/crawl among us undetected for so long. Stay safe. Trust no-one.
